  • Right not to be subject to automated decision making
  • Automated decision making is the process of making a decision by automated means without any human involvement. As we do not apply automated decision making within our business, you are not subject to this kind of processing.
Please note that the rights described above are not absolute, and that your request cannot always be met entirely. For example, sometimes we cannot erase or restrict the processing of your personal data as we may have legal or contractual obligations to keep certain personal data. Should this be the case for a request you make to us, we will always explain why we cannot fulfil your request.
Please note that if you ask us to erase or restrict the use of any of your personal data, we may not be able to continue managing your Axis online account and/or providing services to you.
Please also note that if you want us to erase or restrict the use of personal data relating to video- and audio recordings, you should specify the time and place for such recording to make it possible for us to amend or remove sequences involving such personal data.
Should you be dissatisfied with our collection and use of your personal data, please let us know and we will do our best to address your complaints. Your privacy is very important to us, and we always strive to protect and secure your personal data in the best possible way. Should you feel that we have failed in this ambition, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (Sw. Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten), which is the supervisory authority responsible for Axis’ processing activities, or with your national Data Privacy Authority.
